Begin by creating a log-in ID and password through our registration process if you want to do individual purchases. If you already have log-in ID and password, begin by logging into the system, then start your search by building your list criteria.

Registration allows you complete access to search our database for counts, place your orders, and download your lists.
Subscribers : If you signed up for a ListSource subscription, please log-in with your User ID and password. You should not register from the site.

Search Filters range from mortgage related data elements such as loan amount and loan date to property characteristics
related data elements such as property type and current home value.
Other searchable data types include Demographics, Adjustable Rate Rider, AVM Equity, and Phone Numbers.

Yes, you may run as many counts as desired prior to making a purchase.

Upon purchasing a list, you may download the records in any of the following formats:
csv, contact list, prospecting list, list of records, detail report, or mailing labels.

We are the nation's largest source for property and mortgage data. Our data comes from county assessment files,
updated with recorded deed transactions and mortgages.
Our demographic data and phone numbers comes from trusted business partners.

Yes, you may save a search at any given time in the list criteria building process and return to it at a later time.
This feature allows you to store your favorite search parameters such as specific lenders or specific zip codes you wish to target.

Saved searches are stored forever.
Purchased lists are archived for 180 days; beyond which, they are purged.
|
|
|

You may modify list criteria in multiple ways. To add to your list criteria, simply browse through the tabs and select different data elements to build on what you already have.
To remove certain criteria, click on the red X appearing next to each data element on the left navigation panel.
To begin a new search, click on the "Clear All Criteria" link on the left navigation panel.

Our counts system is designed to return all the records that match your list criteria without placing a
limit on what's available to you. To purchase only a certain amount of the overall total,
specify the exact number in the "Select Number of Records" section within the Supply Additional Information page.

We scrub phone numbers against the FTC DNC once every 2 weeks.
|

Our database is updated every night to reflect daily property and mortgage transactions.

Yes. Upon registration, you will have access to our Data Card which displays the pricing for each data element.
Subscribers: You do not have access to the Data Card as your pricing is based on the subscription plan in your agreement.

You may pay by credit card with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
Subscribers: Your account will be deducted or billed depending on the type of subscription plan in your agreement.

The minimum per transaction for purchases made via a credit card is $50 and the maximum is $2,500.
Subscribers: There is no minimum and the maximum is based on the type of subscription plan in your agreement.

Each list purchased is good for one-time use only. This agreement is part of the ListSource User License Agreement.
Subscribers: Please check your agreement for terms of use.

Subscribers: The maximum number of records per download is 100,000.
